Tirana, 25 February 2013– The Children’s Human Rights Centre of Albania - CRCAandthe Albanian National Child Helpline - ALO 116, with the support of the International Commercial Bank (ICB Bank) this year decided to make available to every citizen that would like to help ALO 116, the donation boxes with the motto “Help ALO 116-Help Children” at every branch of the bank located in the city of Tirana.
As from today, in a corner near the customer care of ICB bank and its various branches, in Murat Toptani Street, in Kombinat, in Porcelani, and Tirana e Re branch, whoever would like to help ALO 16 financially, has the opportunity to donate at the ALO 116 donation box. Your contributioncould save a life!
This initiative of the International Commercial Bank is the continuation of the collaboration that laid its foundations in September 2012. In December cold nights, thanks to the philanthropic spirit of the ICB Bank and the work of ALO 116, 120 street children were helped to feel warmer with jackets, shoes, gloves, sneakers and other new clothes.
Displaying the donation boxes of ALO 116 in the premises of the International Commercial Bank reflects the social responsibiliy of one of the largest businesses in our country, and contributes to the sustainability of the Albanian National Child Helpine. This initiative could be an example to the Albanian businesses that operate in the country, smoothing the difficult path of cooperation in support of causes that engage for the public interest and primarily that of our children!
