Tirana 29 of October – Alo 116, The National Children Helpline Launched today the campaign “ Remember the number 116 111! Help a child” It aims to relieve children and adolescents throughout the country. The campaign want to make more visible the number 116-111, which is a free line number for children and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This campaign aims to raise awareness and to encourage children, parents, teachers and professionals whom works with and for children, and all the citizens as well, for the services that The National Line for Children offers in protecting children across the Country. Alo 116, as an unique service, is close to the children in some of the most difficult moments on their life.
To this initiative which is made public only on social networks will attend children, parents, teachers, educators, representative of public institutions, civil society, business and every citizens as a way of offering public support to service models that serve on children protection in Albania.
The challenge is open to all of those who want to join on this awareness campaign by offering their support and making public the number 116 111 to assist children.
ALO 116 is a toll-free helpline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through two phone numbers: 116-111 (Assistance for Children) and 116-000 (Missing Children in Albania). We offer every child emergency assistance, psychological counseling by phone for every problem and concern, as well as referring their cases to the state institutions or organizations working for children.
